Idle Thoughts
After receiving his Ph.D in Ancient Chinese Literature at Beijing Language and Culture University, Dr. Tao Yang worked as an Associate Professor at Hebei University. After that, he was invited to be a Visiting Associate Professor of Chinese Studies at Xavier University of Louisiana and also worked as Adjunct Chinese Language Instructor at Nicholls State University.
This is collection of poems Dr. Tao Yang created over the years, reflecting his growth as a poet, and his unique imprints left on society. Some of these poems disclose a deeply immature part of his soul; some are intended for reading appreciation; others are simple comments in the name of the old fisherman. His work not only manifests his interpretation as an author, but also becomes a way of communication with the readers.
